SCHMECKPEPPER FAMILY

The Schmeckpepper family loves spending time together outside, exploring all seasons, and learning new things. Dante, Mae, Rachael, and Jason started attending Zachariah’s Acres in 2014.

 

They immediately felt acknowledged and accepted by volunteers. Rachel shared she feels ZA is “a welcoming place where we don’t have to worry and can just be a family. We can just be ourselves.”

 

Their favorite seasonal activities include roasting s’mores around the bonfire, snowshoeing, apple picking, collecting eggs from the coops, and sending a fish down the “Perch Plunge.”
