Emily's compassion, enthusiasm, creativity, and background in child development equips her to serve and lead alongside the ZA Team. You'll find her in the flower patch, sharing the ZA story, giving tours to the community, or trying new recipes with guests. 

Rachael's love for the outdoors, compassion, and background as a Recreational Therapist uniquely prepared her to serve the guests of ZA. Rachael enjoys planning creative and meaningful events for our guests, and assisting with digital marketing.

Matt's depth of knowledge & positive attitude equips him to tackle any task from vehicle maintenance, irrigation, driving the hay wagon, or making fresh-pressed cider with our guests. Matt's humor brings a smile to our guest's faces and he is our resident grillmaster!

Kim's expertise, experience, and passion for sustainable gardening allow our guests to learn from Seed to Sale how to grow fresh produce.  Kim's favorite place on the campus is the greenhouse.

Carly's calm presence, positive attitude, and background in education/graphic design brings out the best in our guests.  When she is not dreaming up design projects for our special events, you'll find our resident "Chicken Lady" gathering eggs and hanging with the ZA flock. 

Shelly's welcoming presence, compassion, and creativity equip her to lead the program team. Shelly's decades of working alongside young adults with special needs and educators uniquely prepared her for her role on our team. When she's not planning activities, you can often find Shelly working in the gardens or enjoying a scenic view from the outdoor classroom!
