Volunteer

Our volunteers are the hands and feet of Jesus. They’re actively serving, loving, and raising the bar of expectation on behalf of our guests. And while they’re busy serving selflessly, they are the recipients of true fulfillment.

There is a place for you at Zachariah’s Acres. God’s artistry is displayed in countless ways on our campus and through our guests. If you are an educator looking for a place to grow, there’s something to learn. If you believe in the strength of the family unit, there’s fulfillment at our special family events. If you believe in sustainable agriculture, you'll find it here. If you’ve built a business or you’re an entrepreneur, there are boundless ways for you and your employees to serve at fundraisers, service days, or family events.

If you would like to learn more about how you can be a part of the ZA community, contact us for a tour. Our campus is open by appointment and during regularly scheduled events. We can’t wait to meet you and share what God has done at ZA! Volunteers must be 16 years old or older, if under 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Program Volunteer

Work alongside our school & non-profit partners gardening, baking or cooking, hiking, washing eggs, and more! Volunteer shifts: Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 12 PM or 12:15 - 3 PM.

Application

Garden & Grounds Volunteer

Get your hands in the dirt! Volunteers help maintain the 100 acre campus including the orchard, greenhouse, raised gardens, and trails. Volunteer shifts: Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 3 PM, May - October.

Family Event & Fundraiser Volunteer

Serve alongside our crew at our family events or fundraisers! Stations vary based on events and include: refreshments, crafts, outdoor activities, harvesting produce, fishing, silent auction/raffle, registration, serving, set-up and more. Volunteer shifts: Weekend/Evening (Times Vary)

Company Service Day

Come ready to work! Projects include manual labor such as clearing brush, weeding & watering the gardens, planting, cleaning, etc.

Monday - Thursday between 9 AM – 3 PM
The maximum size group we can currently accommodate is 35 people
