Two Full-Time Onsite, Salaried Team Members

Program support & guest engagement: working alongside individuals with special needs in outdoor, vocational, and social programming

Digital storytelling & marketing: social media, content creation, email communications, photography/video, sharing our mission and impact

Garden & production: seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and packaging produce, working with volunteers & special guests, soil prep, cultivation, watering/weeding

Fundraising & admin support: fundraising event coordination, database reconciliation, donor communication, etc
